Good to know

Can I load the truck myself and only pay for the drive?

Yes. Turn off Loading and Unloading. You'll pay only for transportation, plus any extras you choose. You can also do just one: for example, our crew loads and you unload.

Do you do long-distance moves?

Yes — nationwide, anywhere in the lower 48. The $2.50 rate is the same at 20 miles or 900 miles. On long-distance moves, your quote also shows an estimated delivery window.

Can you ship my car too?

Yes. Choose Home + vehicle to ship your car on the same route as your move, or choose Vehicle only if you're just shipping a car. Pick open or enclosed transport, and your quote shows the price for each vehicle.

Is the instant quote my final price?

It's your price for the move you described. If your inventory, stairs, or access turn out to be different, we'll tell you before any work starts, never after. You'll receive a written estimate to approve before move day.

Do I pay anything today?

No. Booking sends us your quote and contact details. We confirm availability and your written estimate first, then arrange payment. Our moving terms cover deposits, cancellations, and valuation coverage.

Is my stuff covered if something breaks?

Every move includes basic released-value protection at no charge, and you can choose full-value protection for an added fee when we confirm your estimate. Details are in our valuation coverage section.

What size truck will I get?

We match the truck to your home size. Your quote shows which truck we plan to use.
