TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLICK START TRUCKING LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
