• Name: First and last name for identification and application processing.
• Phone Number: Your mobile or landline phone number, used to contact you about your driver application and, if you opt in, to send SMS messages.
• Email Address: Used for application correspondence and notifications.
• CDL (Commercial Driver License) Information: CDL class (A, B, or C) to assess driver qualifications.
• SMS Consent Status: Whether you have opted in or opted out of receiving SMS messages from us.

We collect this information directly from you when you voluntarily submit our online driver application form. We do not collect information from purchased, rented, or third-party affiliate lead lists.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

• Driver Recruiting: To evaluate your application and determine your suitability for driving positions with Click Start Trucking LLC.
• Onboarding: To guide you through the onboarding process, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
• Compliance Reminders: To send reminders about required documentation, certifications, and compliance deadlines.
• Application Status Updates: To notify you of changes to your application status.
• SMS Communications: If you have opted in, to send text messages regarding your application, onboarding steps, document requests, and status updates.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number and checking a consent box on our application form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Click Start Trucking LLC. We offer two separate opt-ins:

• Application & account messages (non-marketing): texts about your driver application status, onboarding steps, document requests, dispatch, and compliance reminders.
• Marketing messages (optional, separate opt-in): promotions, offers, and updates. You can receive application messages without opting in to marketing.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS opt-in consent is collected solely through our opt-in form at clickstarttruck.com/opt-in. We do not obtain SMS opt-in consent from any third-party sources, purchased lists, or affiliate databases.

4. Information Sharing

Click Start Trucking LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted vendors who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business (e.g., SMS messaging platforms), who are contractually bound to keep your information confidential.

• If you request deletion of your personal data, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to comply, except where retention is required by law.

• Opt-Out of SMS: Reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately unsubscribe. You can also contact us at admin@clickstarttruck.com to be removed from our SMS list.
